How does pickup & delivery work?
Schedule a pickup through our website, leave your laundry in a designated spot, and we’ll take care of the rest. Once cleaned, folded, and packaged with care, your laundry is delivered back to you.
What areas do you serve?
We currently provide laundry pickup & delivery within a 20 -minute drive of Avalon Park. This allows us to ensure timely service and consistent quality. If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies, please reach out before booking.
👕 Care & Quality
How do you handle delicate or special-care items?
We carefully sort and wash garments based on fabric type and care needs. Comforters and bulky items are always washed separately.
Do you offer hypoallergenic or fragrance-free detergent?
Yes. We offer a sensitive / hypoallergenic detergent option for customers with sensitive skin or allergies.
⏱ Turnaround & Timing
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Our standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours from pickup.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, same-day return is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. Please select this option during booking if needed.

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No. As long as you provide clear pickup and drop-off instructions, you do not need to be home.

How is pricing calculated?
We use simple flat-rate pricing based on the number of laundry bags in your order — no weighing at your door and no hidden fees. • First standard laundry bag: $40 • Each additional bag: $35 A standard bag is equivalent to a typical 13-gallon kitchen trash bag. Optional add-ons such as comforters or same-day service may have additional fees.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in honest, transparent pricing. Your total is clear at the time of booking. Optional add-ons (comforters, same-day service, etc.) are listed upfront.
Do you weigh my Laundry?
We don’t weigh your laundry at pickup. Laundry Loft Orlando uses simple flat-rate bag pricing, so there are no surprise totals or per-pound charges. Your first standard laundry bag is $40, and each additional bag in the same pickup is discounted to $35. A standard bag is equivalent to a typical 13-gallon kitchen trash bag.
