Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their pickup up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup window. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a service fee. Pricing & Payment: Laundry Loft Orlando offers flat-rate bag pricing. A standard laundry bag (up to 20 lbs โ fits a 13-gallon kitchen trash bag) is $40 and includes free local pickup & delivery. Optional add-ons are clearly listed at the time of booking. Missed Pickups: If we are unable to complete a pickup due to no access or no-show, a trip fee may apply. Service Area: Pickup & delivery is available within approximately 15 minutes of Avalon Park. If we discover an address outside our service area, weโll contact you before proceeding.
