Service Description
Base Service – $35 Includes laundry pickup & delivery and wash & fold for a standard load. Final pricing is confirmed after pickup based on actual weight and selected add-ons. Schedule a convenient laundry pickup at your home or business. We'll collect your laundry during your selected time window, professionally clean and care for your items, and return them fresh and folded within 24–48 hours. Perfect for busy families, professionals, and anyone who wants laundry off their to-do list. $2 per pound with a $35 minimum. Final pricing is confirmed after pickup and weighing. Free pickup & delivery included. Please note: Pickup & delivery is available within 15 minutes of Avalon Park. Bookings outside our service area may be declined or require approval.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel or reschedule their pickup up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup window. Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup may be subject to a service fee. Pricing & Payment: Final pricing is based on weight and selected add-ons and is calculated after pickup and weighing. A $35 minimum applies to all orders. Missed Pickups: If we are unable to complete a pickup due to no access or no-show, a trip fee may apply. Service Area: Pickup & delivery is available within approximately 15 minutes of Avalon Park. If we discover an address outside our service area, we’ll contact you before proceeding.
